RETURN POLICY

Adjustments

Very few of our customers need to adjust their shirts, however if an amendment is required we will do this for free providing you notify us within 16 days of receiving your luxury shirt. If incorrect measurements are supplied to us we will alter or exchange your first bespoke shirt.

Simply contact us and describe the change that you require to one of our customer service representatives and they will arrange for the change to be made.

Returns

As your shirt is made specifically for you, once the shirt is made, your order can not be cancelled, except in accordance with your legal rights. If you are returning a shirt due to a fault, or you believe it has not been made to the specification given by you, we will alter or re-make a new shirt to the correct specifications at no cost to you.

Returns Process

Please follow the procedure below so that we can refund your money as quickly as possible:

1.
 In the first instance, please email or telephone (contact us) our customer services team and advise them that you wish to return a product. A customer services representative will then help you with the following steps.
2.
 Along with your order, you will also receive a returns slip as part of your invoice. Please complete the returns slip.
3.
 Replace your unwanted order, including box and paperwork, in the same protective outer packaging that it came in (or other suitable protective outer packaging)

 Please return your unwanted order using Royal Mail Recorded delivery (we will refund you this amount)

 Upon receipt we will inspect the item(s). We will refund the full purchase price plus the cost of returning the item (we will refund up to the original postage cost).
7.
 The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent, in the original box, with all original paperwork (e.g. warranties and tags) which must also be in same condition. Items that show signs of wear or are damaged in any way (such as mark or blemishes) cannot be accepted for return. The item must also not have been sized or altered in any way by the customer. Damaged goods due to customer's negligence cannot be accepted for return.

KJ Beckett have combined with French shirt makers SAINT-SENS to offer the finest men's shirts available on the web. KJ Beckett Bespoke Shirts are made-to-measure by skilled craftsmen to create the most luxurious shirts for men.

Custom Shirt Fabrics

In order to make our fine bespoke shirts (known in France as chemise sur mesure) we have a selection of over 150 luxury shirt fabrics, imported from the world's finest mills. KJ Beckett mainly use Italian two-ply cottons which are equally as fine as Swiss and English cottons. Our customers have a choice between the finest end on end, popelin, chevron, oxford, pinpoint and twill fabrics.

Bespoke styles from KJ Beckett

n order to make your made-to-measure shirt unique, KJ Beckett offer a myriad of custom shirt designs from which our customer can choose to create his very own bespoke shirt. Indeed we have 10 collar styles, 8 styles of cuffs, 3 body cuts, 5 pocket options, and also the option to contrast with white collar or cuffs. Shirt collar options include French collar, Italian collar, button down collar, san remo collar, wide spread collar, double buttoned collar, hidden buttons collar, curved spread collar, band collar and wing tip collar. Shirt cuffs options include simple cuffs, angle cuffs, round cuffs, square cuffs, portofino; and to be used with cufflinks or silk knots; French cuffs, angle French cuffs, and round French cuffs.

Measuring made-to-measure shirts

KJ Beckett provide our customers with an accurate and easy way to measure body size and create the perfect bespoke shirt! It really is easy to do, and takes no more than 5 minutes! It is usually easier to ask someone to help you, and to wear your best fitting shirt to act as a template from which you can measure. Once our highly skilled custom shirt makers have your measurements they will ensure the bespoke shirt has enough room for movement yet still looks the perfect fit!
